材料に関するアドバイス
炭素鋼:Suitable for Class 1500-6000 under normal operating conditions. Dimensions must strictly adhere to the center-to-end and wall thickness requirements in Table, with no additional dimensional compensation. When used in conditions with temperatures >370 度、最小肉厚は標準値と比較して 10% 増加する必要があります。
ステンレス鋼：熱伝導率が低いため、低温では-< -29°C) conditions, the center-to-end dimensional tolerance needs to be reduced to ±0.040 inches (NPS 1/8 to 1) and ±0.060 inches (NPS 1-1/4 to 4) to prevent installation deviations caused by low-temperature contraction; the effective thread length needs to be increased by an additional 0.050 inches to improve sealing reliability.
